Negotiate the details of the used vehicles

Confirm an order with the buyer

Arrange payment to our account
You entrust your bank to arrange for payment in US dollars based on the proforma invoice we issued. Usually, after you pay the remittance, we will receive your international payment remittance within 1 to 2 days. We will notify you as soon as possible after receiving the US dollars into our account.
Refurbishment, Modification and Inspection
When our finance department receives payment, it will be reported immediately to our general manager. And our general price manager will order the workshop's manager to arrange refurbishment and modification technicians to immediately refurbish and modify the selected vehicle according to the order details. When the ordered model is completed and modified, quality inspection engineers will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the entire vehicle. After each inspection, the salesperson who placed the order will contact the customer to ask whether they want to come over to inspect and test drive the vehicle in person, or directly arrange customs clearance and delivery. We recommend that individual seller customers organize a family tour to travel to China, experience China's unique culture and taste various Chinese food, and test drive the car you ordered. Our staff will serve as free English-speaking guides for your family tour group, so it is best to have at least one English-speaking member in your family tour team.
Customs declaration and shipment
After you test drive the EVs you ordered and are satisfied with the acceptance, or after receiving your confirmation that you do not need to come for inspection, our shipping department will arrange for our freight forwarder to declare and ship the EVs. Usually for individual buyer customers, we adopt DDU or DDP price terms. Our forwarder agent will declare for export at the Shanghai port in China. When the ship sails, we will receive a bill of lading from the shipping company. According to international trade regulation, this bill of lading is the property title document for the shipped car. We will take good care of it for you and be responsible for delivering the shipped car to your doorstep.
Customs clearance and delivery
When the shipped car arrives at the destination port, our destination port freight forwarder is responsible for customs clearance and delivery of the car you purchased from the destination port. If it is DDU price terms, when paying customs duties, our forwarder will guide you throughout the entire process on how to pay. You don't need to know international trade knowledge, just follow our freight forwarding instructions. When the EV is cleared from customs and our forwarder picks up the EV from the port, they will arrange a trailer to transport the EV and deliver the car you purchased to your doorstep. All you have to do is wait at home for the surprise of your EV being delivered to your doorstep.
Business development
After you receive the EV, you then license the imported EV according to the regulations of your country. When your EV is legally licensed to drive on your country's roads.
