Mr. Lu Jinlong studied electronic computer science in university. He has a strong interest in electronic control system theory, so he understands both electronic hardware technology and electronic application software technology. After graduating from university, Mr. Lu Jinlong worked in an electronics research institute engaged in the research and development of motor frequency conversion control systems. More than half of the world's electric energy is consumed by motors, so saving motor energy consumption and improving motor efficiency will be particularly important for the motor industry. He continues to creatively improve the theory of high-density controllable flux motors and develops a variable frequency motor control system with an energy efficiency ratio of over 90%.
After joining UTOPIA Motor, the parent company of SEANSONS electric bicycles, in 2009, he led UTOPIA Motor in technological innovation and research and development. He proposed the idea of innovating the next generation of variable frequency motors for motor applications, making variable frequency motors more competitive in the future. He developed a new architecture of variable frequency motor control program to improve the overall performance.
Mr. Lu Jinlong has rich experience in motor project R&D, management and coordination. In 2014, he was appointed as UTOPIA MOTOR R&D Manager. He was able to promptly grasp the application of new technologies, new processes and new material technologies in motors, generators and special motors at home and abroad. Therefore, he led the team to solve deep technical problems in variable frequency motors.
In 2014, SEASONS EBIKE established an electric car maintenance center, and Lu Jinlong served as the technical director of the maintenance center, providing theoretical guidance for the maintenance of electric cars. Through many years of experience in supervising electric car maintenance, he has a very good understanding of the technical characteristics of most electric car models made in China.
SEASONSCAR was established in 2022, and Lu Jinlong became the Vice President, responsible for the entire procurement, maintenance, refurbishment and quality assurance of second-hand electric cars. His rigorous work attitude ensures that every electric car sold through SEASONSCAR must pass specified procedures, so that all parameters should be as close or equal to pre-factory parameters as possible.
