Mr. SHEN Li majored in electronics at university. After taking some basic courses in electronics, he found that he preferred electronic hardware, so he switched to the major of electronic application. In his senior year, he carefully prepared for the graduate examination in electrical engineering. Fortunately, he successfully passed the written examination in electrical engineering. Unfortunately, he failed to pass the entrance interview. He originally planned to continue preparing for the postgraduate examination, but later he heard that the postgraduate period was equivalent to working for his tutor and helping him make money. He thought that it would be best to find a job related to his major and interests, and then continue to improve his professional knowledge. The application of electronic technology must be inseparable from practice in the factory.
After graduating from university, he was working in UTOPIA Motor. All the main control MCUs of the production equipment in UTOPIA motor are MCUs using PIC. After several months of equipment maintenance work, he is very proficient in Microchip's PIC12/16/18 and dsPIC series MCUs. About a year later, he entered the R&D department to participate in R&D work. After doing research and development work for a period of time, he believes that as an engineer, he should not be superstitious about which main control chip to use. The focus of hardware design is on system interface circuit debugging and function implementation.
After two years of R&D work, he realized that the important thing about making hardware is not the design, but the process of debugging products. The core is to be able to solve all kinds of strange bugs that appear during the debugging process. Later, He was transferred internally to another R&D team to be responsible for the development of Servo motors.
He started learning to use ARM chips and embedded real-time operating systems. According to the technical requirements of our variable frequency servo motor, he must have a solid grasp of comprehensive knowledge of EMC to ensure that the developed variable frequency motor can pass the EMC test requirements. For the EMC type test of a variable frequency motor, he worked overtime every day to study TVS tubes, varistors, PCB wiring, etc. He worked with static electricity for several hours every day, and finally passed the EMC test requirements before the product was delivered.
Mr. SHEN Li has a very strong learning ability and continuous in-depth research spirit. Several of our remote-controlled servo motors involved signal systems, and the company flew him to tackle this research project. Other engineers guided him to use FPGA/CPLD chips to make switching power supplies. At that time, in order to debug a counterattack switching power supply, he worked overtime every day and burned a lot of MOSFET, and finally completed the project tasks on time.
Through more than 10 years of R&D work with us, Mr. SHEN Li gradually learned a complete set of motor project management processes and understood that the most important thing in motor project development is demand analysis. He became one of our key engineers. After the New Year in 2022, he was transferred to SEASONSCAR to be Vice President, responsible for after-sales service and the controlling system inspection of second-hand electric cars to ensure the quality and safety of every electric car motor, battery, and controlling system.
